Vision Wireless is an award-winning provider of wireless account support and billing analysis. Vision Wireless was founded in 2002 by two former Sprint PCS executives and is based in Augusta, GA. Our customers include marquis accounts like Aramark, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Compass Group, Georgia-Pacific, Goodrich, Fannie Mae, US Foods, and Walmart.
Vision Wireless has sought to serve its customers by best understanding their needs, and thus have endeavored to employ former wireless carrier employees. Many of Vision's employees have carrier backgrounds and bring systems, device, calling plans, policies, and solutions knowledge to offer our customers a cohesive superlative experience. In sum, the total telecommunications experience of the executive staff is over sixty years, and the staff thirty years. Our leadership has a balanced background of pre and post sales to ensure our customers are supported throughout the entire experience with Vision Wireless.

Leadership Profiles
Kevin Steffes is the founder and owner of Vision Wireless and has been in the wireless industry for over twenty years including leadership positions at Bell Atlantic mobility and Airgate Communications, a Sprint PCS affiliate. Kevin has a significant focus on running the business and ensuring quality is at the center of every interaction.
Cyndi Listrom is the Vice President of Operations and has over fifteen years of wireless experience with Sprint, Airgate, AT&T & Suncom with a focus on service excellence. Cyndi is in charge of the staff at our call center and drives an intense, urgent discipline on serving the customer, employing flexibility, creativity, and a strong work ethic.
August Specht is the VP of Sales, Enterprise & Strategic Accounts and has been in the telecommunications industry for over twenty years, specializing in international, mobile solutions, and sales. August is responsible for both the inside sales and outside sales teams and also brings an intense focus on taking care of both the Sprint employees who entrust us with their customers and the Sprint customers themselves. August was at Sprint for over six years working for Sprint International as a regional manager and a National Account Manager where he worked on Fortune 100 accounts like Best Buy, Supervalu, American Express, Disney, Motorola, and UnitedHealth Group.
Fred Hamilton is the VP of Sales, Public Sector and has been in the wireless industry for sixteen years. Ten of those years were with Sprint Nextel where he was a District Manager and Director of the South Region for the Business Solution Partner Channel. Fred brings an amazing depth of experience with the partner channel that has led to pursuing productive measurable activities bringing value to Sprint and Vision Wireless.
