- What if I already have a Sprint Phone? Can I trade in my current phone and get a Blackberry at a reduced rate?
- Yes, with certain restrictions. The standard upgrade rules would apply, based on your contract type and carrier. If you are eligible for an upgrade with your carrier, you could order a new phone at the discounted rate.
- Why do I have to register with Operation Respond?
- This is an Operation Respond database security requirement applicable to all OREIS™ users. User Registration with Operation Respond is required for all OREIS™ Mobile users, in order to authenticate that the user is a bona fide emergency responder, and to receive periodic updates from our server.
- What if I want OREIS Mobile and AccuWeather Premium v.4.for my existing BlackBerry? What do I have to do?

- What if I don't want AccuWeather Premium v.4.0? My BlackBerry already comes with AccuWeather.

- How are the charges for OREIS Mobile and AccuWeather handled? Can I be billed monthly?
- Vision Wireless will fulfill your order for Oreis Mobile and will invoice you for the services you choose to sign up for. Monthly billing plans are available.
- I want (or can only get) the Sprint BlackBerry on my own contract. Is there any additional discount available if my Department furnishes you their Tax EIN?
- If the account is set up under your department's tax ID, it would qualify for additional discounts applicable to business accounts.
